The benefit of being a late-season decorator is that you can get an enormous tree (12 or 13 feet) for only $35.

Today is our anniversary. I asked for a couch. Providence must have heard me, since I found one at Pottery Barn online for only $199. That's what it said. So I bought it.

I am supposedly working on making stuff in my 'studio'. However, I keep procrastinating. I did actually cut a piece of fabric, then I decided I was crazy to do it and put it back away. I have artist's block.
